Deals with the study of normal functions of the human body

The Department of Kriya Sharir deals with the study of normal functions of the human body, explained through the lens of Ayurvedic principles. It explores the concepts of Dosha, Dhatu, Mala, Agni, Ojas, and Prakriti, correlating them with modern physiological knowledge.

This department helps students understand how the body functions in health, which forms the basis for identifying and treating imbalances in disease conditions. Teaching methods include lectures, demonstrations, practical experiments, and modern laboratory investigations, all integrated with Ayurvedic theories.
